We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Facility Support Person will routinely inspect the interior and exterior of the facility maintaining building presentation and safety excellence. Performing routine interior tasks inclusive of janitorial, maintenance, small facility repairs, consumable stocking and inventory support. This position is hands on and requires a strong knowledge and ability to use hand tools, powers tools and equipment. This position is designed for a handy person with variety of craft person knowledge and skills.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
General building repairs including painting, carpentry, minor plumts bing and furniture repair
Installation of graphics, banners, signs, stanchions, bleachers, chairs and tables
Fabrication and installation of event sets, props and various decor units
Operate a variety of janitorial equipment to maintain cleanliness of the property
Execute and complete scheduled cleaning in various areas of the facility
Maintain a professional, cooperative working relationship with management and all co-workers
Perform the job in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines (i.e. OSHA standards) to promote a safe working environment
Recognize, react, resolve and report any safety issues or concerns
Ensure the appropriate inventory systems, records, files, material safety data sheets, cleaning supplies, equipment and tools are maintained
May perform additional duties as assigned by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task
Knowledge of safety rules, hazards, and able to apply accident prevention measures
Able to work flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have a valid driver's license
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors
