- Design and build a robust talent pipeline for our schools and network level team in collaboration with the Senior Director of HR and Talent and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition
- Source and recruit values-aligned talent
- Lead and manage hiring processes in collaboration with the Senior Director of HR and Talent and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition
- Lead and provide personalized credentialing support to our staff to ensure fully compliant staff
- Lead our new teacher evaluation system, including refinements to policy based on data
- Train and certify our evaluators for our teacher evaluation system
- Pilot and build values-aligned performance management systems for other roles
- Design and lead manager training and development
- Work in collaboration with the Senior Director of HR and Talent and the HR and Talent coordinator to build and refine HR systems, policies and practices
- Lead the selection and implementation of employee benefits, including retirement and insurance
- Lead employee relations
- Manage employee leaves and workers compensations processes
- Lead termination processes and data collection to support ongoing learning and improvement for our organization
- Collaborate with payroll on ensuring timely and accurate compensation is provided to employees
- 5+ years of instructional leadership, preferably as a school leader or coaching schools leaders
- Prior supervisory experience
- Preferred experience with HRIS systems
- BS or BA
- Commensurate with experience and credentials. The starting range for this role is between $110,000 and $130,000.
