- Responsible for the vision, leadership and holistic accountability to ensure data based consumer, shopper and market insight is always present where commercial decisions are made.
- Transformation of pladis WEEM analytics capability and embedding data led decision making into entire WEEM organization.
- Provides the latest in trend insight and understanding to help the company explore untapped white space and consumer engagement in the marketplace.
- Delivery of advantaged consumer and marketplace knowledge and data to identify and shape winning commercial strategies and activation excellence for pladis WEEM.
- Ensures that pladis WEEM accesses the best consumer and marketplace data sources available, derives the key insight from then and leverages them for advantaged decision making.
- Ensures best in class brand, innovation and communication development measurement tools and capability to ensure that pladis consistently delivers winning in-market activity.
- Creates, manages and leads a high-performance Insights team, acknowledged as amongst the best in the industry.
- Directly accountable for WEEM Insights budget
- WEEM: Managing Director, Customer leads, R&D managers, Marketing Directors/ leads
- Global: Chief Insights Officer
- Leads and manages relationships with all relevant data and insight partners
- Minimum degree level - bachelor’s degree.
- Significant relevant FMCG operating experience.
- Experienced Insights professional (10 years+).
- Data driven, insights curious. Can make business impact and think holistically about the full commercial journey.
- Strong track record of team development and people management.
- You are self-motivated and disciplined with a high drive for results.
- You are interested and motivated by working with a diverse team and you are open and willing to be convinced by alternative views.
- You are curious, a strong combination of ‘big picture’ appreciation alongside a detail orientation.
- Fixed term employment (12 months) with possibility of a permanent contract
