- Maintain proactive communication with vendors, internal and external customers to optimize efforts for revenue, growth, and customer retention.
- Technical liaison between customer, AUTS technicians and sub-contractors
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management through regular reports and meetings
- Supervise installation labor and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines, while prioritizing team workload for timely and quality results.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, including new builds, expansions, and migrations.
- Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities.
- Identify and address project challenges, ensuring profitability through financial and contract management tools.
- Manage and develop scope of more technically complex projects.
- Prepare and implement project installation plans, managing goals and procedures effectively.
- Determine, allocate and maximize resources through effective project planning to achieve sales and project management objectives consistently.
- Implement changes in project scope, contract pricing, and installation plans, including estimating and submitting Change Orders
- Proactively troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate resources to mitigate impacts, developing fallback and contingency plans as needed.
- Manage project budget and assume responsibility for project profit and loss.
- Support company invoicing and collection efforts, ensuring contractual compliance and timely, accurate invoicing through ERP monitoring and customer follow-up.
- High School Diploma
- At least six (6) years of project management experience
- A proven track record and ability to manage four (4) million-dollar projects to schedule and budget.
- Experience with both On-prem (dedicated server and virtual environments) and cloud-based systems.
- Experience with network architecture and data centers.
- Expert knowledge of PM techniques and tools; general knowledge of contract laws and regulations.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint).
- Ability to conduct site walks and attend onsite customer meeting
- Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support client's growth and satisfaction
- Results-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs
- Associates Degree
- Electronic security industry experience
- PMP from the Project Management Institute
- Factory certifications in relevant technology platforms, such as Software House, Lenel, Brivo, Open Options, Exacq, American Dynamics, Milestone, OnSSI
