Manage applicable sections of Safety, Quality & Environment site’s Policy.Ensure respect of all safety rules and PPE usage during all intervention on processes.Fill QRAP board on safety issues and alert leader or supervisor.Lead safety conformity actions on production equipment.Lead procedures respect from any workshop operator (especially on safety and quality rules).PRODUCTION :Ensure part production in respect to safety, quality, schedule, cost and volumeEnsure line setting and tuning to respect defined quality standards 1st, immediately followed by the productivity.Ensure Ok Start for production lines and open QRAP when neededWhen needed, replace resources and operatorsPrepare & participate to Changeovers in order to reduce changeover time.Act to avoid production disruption due to organization malfunctions.QUALITY :Ensure respect of all quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformityFill QRAP board with quality or process concerns and follow scrap evolution (5 hours).
