Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.Base + Commission:
This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure
Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay packageBenefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and sell projects
  • Educate customers on process
  • Identify and document project scope of work
  • Maintain customer and client communications
  • Review estimates
  • Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
  • Create project schedule
Qualifications:
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Experience in mitigation/restoration required
  • Xactimate knowledge
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Must be available to work a rotating on-call schedule
