- Take the lead on bartending Thursday-Sunday in high Summer and Winter Seasons
- Development of a food service menu and seasonally rotating bar/cocktail menu in collaboration with the General Manager, existing team members in F & B, and Lark's F & B Beverage Director
- Inventory and Ordering for supplies, food, mixers, liquor, wine, beer, and garnishes
- Supervisory Management of Staff in F & B Department
- Management of Staff working in F & B for events
- Training New Staff on the bar service and line cooking
- Keeping track of DLL certifications for staff who are serving
- Keeping in line with budget constraints in the F & B department
- Leading bar service for events and weddings
- Working with POS Light Speed
- Experience working in a supervisory capacity
- Experience with menu development
- Experience with financials, ordering, inventory, and budgeting preferred
