We have a list of questions, clipboard, logo, book, etc. Each one calls 20+ attorney offices within 20 mins of home or office, and calls structured as "Hi there (name here) we have thousands of people on our database and they are always requesting a referral to a divorce attorney, can you spare 15 minutes to meet me and go over what you do differently?" Our mission is to provide seamless, supportive, and specialized guidance to individuals navigating the challenges of divorce, with a particular focus on the real estate decisions that accompany these life changes. We are seeking a visionary CEO to lead our expanding national operation, which aims to establish dedicated Vice Presidents in every state to cater to our unique clientele. How much time will it take? Once the network is established, approximately 2+ hours per week. If you have a real estate team in place, you will be able to set up a passive stream of listings for your team. Role Overview As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of divorce real estate services across the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and mentor a team of 50 Vice Presidents, one for each state, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals during a challenging time while operating within a role that respects work-life balance. Compensation: This is a high-paying role, commensurate with experience and the significant impact you will have not just on our company, but on improving the divorce process for many across the country. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. Please note this is a start up position, although all funnels, websites, a book on Amazon and 1100 agents are already in place! Responsibilities: • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit and onboard 50 Vice Presidents across all 50 states. You will be doing this along with the CEO of cashCPO and our funding partner. • Conduct weekly coaching sessions via Zoom to support, mentor, and guide the Vice Presidents, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy. Qualifications: • Good organization and time management skills • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired Requirements: • Must hold an active Real Estate License. • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or in the real estate sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for mentorship and coaching. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a nationwide operation remotely. • A visionary leader with a track record of strategic planning and execution. • Demonstrated ability to work in a low-time-sucking setup once initial structures are in place. • A passion for making a difference in people’s lives during their most challenging times.
