Work Flexibility: Field-basedAs a Joint Replacement Clinical Sales Specialist, you work with a high degree of technical acumen, service, reliability, and commitment to upsell and expand Stryker Joint Replacement products that meet our customers’ needs and increase territory results.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEffectively identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer’s application of a product.Effectively identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to robot independently or field escalation matters appropriately.Use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systemsOperate independently, confidently and proactively in driving daily schedule in assigned accountsParticipate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as requiredContribute to team operations by clearly communicating and collaborating on schedules including on-call participation and sales development opportunitiesMust adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company’s policies and proceduresMust adhere to all vendor credentialing requirementsEducation and Special Training RequiredBachelor’s Degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experienceQualifications and Work Experience RequiredBS/BA in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience1+ years demonstrated successful experience in the medical device or healthcare industryDemonstrated proficiency in joint replacement procedures and robotic assisted surgery platformsDemonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships (Prefer with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas)Travel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
