- Monitoring incoming inquires and requests
- Assisting in managing accounts payable
- Reviewing and recording vendor invoices and T&E expenses for accuracy, and completeness
- 3rd party vendor management and verification requests
- Reconciling receivables/bank accounts
- Creating, and tracking payment of client invoices
- Identify/troubleshoot/resolve financial and operational issues
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial-related information
- Assist with administrative duties as necessary
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related subject and/or 0-3 years’ work experience in an administrative position
- Familiarity with Office 365
- Good communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
