Gladen Construction Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, safety conscious individual to lead a crew in the highway heavy construction sector in Western North Dakota.Full crews welcome or build your own!Responsibilities and duties Include
Organization, coordination and management of project site
Review and follow plans and shop drawings
Safety on the project site
Help guide staff in the safe and productive operation of construction equipment and tools
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain all required paperwork including daily detailed note taking
Open communication with customers and project managers
Ability to follow NDDOT and ND erosion and sediment control specifications
*ND erosion and sediment control certification provided*
Pass a pre-employment drug test
