Additionally, our benefits include a health plan, gym membership, well-being platform, digital gift cards, or home medical services.As an IT Leader, some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate the security-cloud infrastructure and operations.
  • Maintain constant communication with the internal and external clients and respond to their inquiries.
  • Support second-level IT tickets and escalate issues with the IT Microsoft partner.
  • Follow the standard procedures to honor the service level agreement, ensuring the availability of hardware, software, and communications services.
  • Provide support across all departments and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Document each case and perform follow-up to close the case.
  • Supervise the department KPIs and provide results.
  • Create project implementation and integrations for applications. (Halp, database integration with SalesForce and Azure (SSO) single sign authentication, etc).
  • Create benchmarks, provide quotations of hardware services and maintain communication with suppliers.
  • Maintain communication with the Microsoft partner for license requests and other requirements.
  • Supervise the on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Assist internal staff with setup and configurations.
  • Responsible for protecting all resources available in the cloud and under standard security protocols to prevent theft of information, intellectual property, spyware, malware, and any attempt to hack the company's and our customer's data.

Minimum requirements:
  • Studies: A high school degree and a technical, technological, or associate's degree is required, in studies related to Systems, Automation, Technology, Software, Computing, Electronics, IT, or similar fields.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT, Helpdesk, Service Desk or related technical roles and management. Knowledge in, Microsoft security center, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Identity access management (IAM), Basic knowledge of IT Ticket system, Remote desktop protocol (RDP) is a must.
. * Language: Good English skills are required, with B2 proficiency or higher preferred.Perks:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Following the U.S. calendar.
  • Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
  • Places: Hybrid in Medellin, WeWork Santa Fe.
  • Salary: COP $6´000.000 + USD bonus for KPI compliance.
