- Safely operate a sit-down electric forklift.
- Execute shift requirements as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or Plant Manager, including managing shipments and procuring materials.
- Review, observe, and oversee the work-related activities of others in the area to ensure proper work execution.
- Oversee other forklift operators, ensuring they supply production lines with the correct raw materials to meet production demands.
- Ensure correct procedural implementation and documentation.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety, PPE, cGMP, and quality procedures.
- Complete "Lot tracking" of all incoming raw materials and packaging components.
- Utilize RF scan gun technologies for scanning and barcoding into the aScan system.
- Communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, the senior leadership team, and various other departments and plants regarding production, efficiency, policy, and other work-related issues.
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Must have at least 2 years of operating Forklift
- Must be able to use electronic inventory control system.
- Must be able to read picklist.
