Machine Shop Operator

• Operate machinery under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Assist with the production and assembly of machine parts.
• Utilize hand-held tools and change drill bits as needed.
• Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 40lbs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

• Must be able to use hand-held tools and change drill bits
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read a tape measure to a 16th of an inch.
• Willingness to take a tape measure test as part of the application process.
• Basic Math skills
• Previous experience in a machine shop environment is a plus but not required.
