EveryMatrix is proud of its commitment to safer gambling and player protection whilst producing market leading gaming solutions.Project description:As a Project Manager for Banner Matrix, your primary responsibility is to manage and work closely with developers to ensure requests from clients or new developmental features are completed on time. Other responsibilities include presenting our product to clients, creating biweekly, monthly, quarterly reports/presentations as well as helping out with testing and content creation.Responsibilities:
- Manage and work closely with developers to ensure requests from clients or new in-house features are completed on time;
- Present our product in online demos to clients;
- Assure the confidence of your clients and build long-term relationships;
- Present biweekly / monthly / quarterly presentations regarding progress made and future plans for BM (Banner Matrix);
- Prepare documentation on new features;
- Work together with other business units in our company when a task requires cooperation;
- Assist with testing and with data entry when required;
- Be available for support when clients need assistance with our banner system.
- A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results;
- Good social skills to work together with colleagues inside our office and online with colleagues in offices around the world;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
- Basic Thai speaking skills to effectively communicate with team;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in IT management;
- A basic knowledge of sports and/or sports gambling;
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications, good learning skills for internal applications;
- Ability to work late hours if needed as our clients are in different time zones.
- 33 days off per year, including public holidays, rising to 43 by year 5 inside the company
