- The Sales Associate position is all about the customer. They say the key to a great relationship is great communication, well we’re looking to build a whole bunch of long-term marriages!
- Assist the customer in selecting their vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Provide that memorable buying experience, every time. You’re working with the most amazing products on earth (Can-Am, SeaDoo, SkiDoo, maybe even some motorcycles & trailers). You will explain their performance, application and benefits with enthusiasm.
- Match their passion. Live your product, so you can wow them with knowledgeable presentations, demonstrations and upsell those awesome accessories. Then train every day to sharpen those sales skills and bat away even the toughest of buying objections.
- Take ownership of every lead, protect it like a Mama Bear, and don’t forget to have fun.

- A background in sales would be great, but not a requirement
- Knowledge or experience in the Marine and Trailer industry would be considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skillsets with social media, content creation, public relations, and promotions
- Bring a FFUN and creative attitude
- Use floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales of products
- Greet customers, attend to their needs immediately in a courteous and friendly manner
- Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously
- Communicate the features and benefits of products to customers
- Cross sell additional parts, accessories, F&I products, warranties
- Timely and accurate competition of paperwork
- Conduct a road test and pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customers
- Contact customers to conduct personalized follow-ups, sales calls and ensure customer satisfaction
