- Lead the identification and assessment of automation opportunities across various business functions in collaboration with the IA Product Manager.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing processes and pain points to identify areas for automation.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Develop and communicate a compelling business case for IA initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of IA products.
- Use strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills to link Intelligent Automation solutions with business outcomes.
- Use excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking.
- Adapt to changing assignments, multiple and conflicting priorities to ensure focus is on achieving the highest value business outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest IA technologies and tools to understand and evaluate alternatives to leverage technology to solve problems.
- Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies as part of the Release Train Team, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and solution architects, to ensure the successful delivery of IA solutions.
- Facilitate business value workshops and discussions to share insights and gather input from stakeholders and qualify opportunities for process enhancement and automation.
- Use strong communication skills, both written and oral, to adapt messaging to different levels within the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 4+ years' experience; or a Master’s degree and 2+ years' experience; or Ph.D. and up to 1 year experience; or 8+ years' experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience in business process improvement and/or automation with a strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and process mapping.
- Experience working in or with corporate HR, Legal and/or IT functions.
- Proven experience leveraging Intelligent Automation including RPA/RDA, OCR/IDP, Process Mining/Intelligence to solve business problems.
- Experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
- Strong understanding of SAFe Agile principles and practices.
- Experience within a center of excellence/shared services organization environment a plus.
