Chef de Partie Senior position is required for Off The Bone, Suite 15 1st Floor, Information Ag e Park, Galway Road Ennis, Co. Clare, Ennis, Clare Skills: Responsible for the day-to-day running of any given section. Ensure consistency of food quality and presentation. Attend briefing for specia l functions if required to do so. Maintaining the cleanliness, stock control, organization, and standards of the section Assisting with the ordering on a daily basis, whilst keeping in mind stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
