- Support proposal development by creating unified branding materials for proposals, statements of qualification, case studies, interviews, and presentations.
- Write proposal text, cover letters, and coordinate customization of staff resumes, project lists, and graphics.
- Assist in preparing interview/presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and multimedia productions.
- Collaborate with project pursuit team to gather information and tailor content to individual RFP requirements.
- Manage project pursuit process and schedule, ensuring timely receipt of materials.
- Identify press release opportunities and coordinate with technical staff and Branding/Communications department.
- Maintain and support marketing information systems, including proposal and CRM databases.
- Coordinate concurrent proposal efforts and production/distribution of materials within deadlines.
- Manage collateral/materials library in content management systems and database.
- Identify strategic marketing campaigns and prioritize efforts with Business Line leadership and corporate marketing.
- Act as liaison to corporate marketing, identifying potential campaigns and responding to results with BDMs and CSMs.
- Attend tradeshows and events as needed to represent the BU.
- BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Requires a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, including experience in proposal development, preferably within engineering, architecture, environmental services, or related fields.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication, with a proactive approach to communication.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and establish relationships across all levels of an organization, including business development and technical teams.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Experience with Deltek Vision is advantageous; familiarity with database or content management systems is beneficial.
- Occasional travel may be required.
