- Weaving a brand narrative across different touchpoints, with the ability to produce assets for events, environmental graphics, digital experiences, or print
- Articulating a creative vision by collaborating with other designers, illustrators, photographers, etc.
- Communicating ideas and painting a picture of our work through written language (project briefs, written narratives, etc.) weaving our brand narrative together across various outputs
- Have strong interactive skills
- Enjoy storytelling in a web/interactive format
- Independently drive projects and make independent judgements based on your understanding of the brand and business goals, while seeking feedback, brainstorming cross-functionally, and augmenting your work with others' expertise
- Understand people's feelings, cultures, and challenges through an inquisitive, learning-based approach towards your audience and subject
- Hold to a standard of design without being a perfectionist, with the ability to understand the tradeoffs of fast-paced work without sacrificing standards
