- Handle customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Process credit card transactions and verify their correct execution
- Continuously monitor transaction management processes and report any issues or inefficiencies
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve any technical issues
- Keep transaction management process records and statistics up to date
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- You have prior experience in a similar role such as Customer Care, BackOffice, Customer Service etc
- You have Knowledge of backoffice operations
- You are familiar with Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent team collaboration and interaction skills
- You are fluent in Italian and you have knowledge of English language
- You have motivation and passion for the payment industry
