Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Representative:

Manage inquiries, complaints, and requests from VIP clients and prospects via phone, email, and chat.
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions effectively, ensuring a premium experience for our VIP clientele.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products to assist VIP clients with their specific needs.

As a Sales Representative:

Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to promote our products or services to VIP prospects.
Upsell and cross-sell products or services, focusing on enhancing the experience and satisfaction of VIP prospects.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals
