ABOUT THIS POSITIONWith the guidance of the Director, Pricing Strategy, and leveraging Microsoft Excel and Power BI, this position will support internal stakeholders by executing on key pricing initiatives and creating and maintaining KPI summary reports. Individuals in this position are expected to develop a broad knowledge of Waystar’s business, industry, and operations in order to support analysis and decision making at all levels of the organization.WHAT YOU'LL DODrive business value and performance through innovative data analyticsExecute on price increase plan to assure notifications and implementations occur on scheduleAssist in developing, implementing, and testing pricing process improvementsUsing statistical techniques, create reports showing effectiveness of pricing activitiesWith support of the Pricing Director, complete special projects to support the overall pricing strategyProactively and independently identify opportunities for improvement​WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, statistics, quantitative marketing, data science, or other quantitative fieldIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including: vlookup, pivot tables, and logic operatorsFamiliarity with data visualization software, preferably Power BI, with a desire to develop advanced Power BI skillsBasic understanding of statistics and statistical modeling, with a desire to develop statistics skill setAbility to work cross-functionally to collect input and drive optimal pricing solutionsPassion for learning and self-development with a desire to learn all Waystar productsBONUS POINTS1-3+ years of similar work experienceExperience working in Salesforce and CPQ toolsAccepts responsibility for actions and understands the concept of ownershipExcellent oral and written communication skills with great attention to detailSkills Overview
