- Develop and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with all regulatory requirements across different geographies.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand and address specific C&B needs for diverse business units.
- Lead salary and benefits benchmarking, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Ensure that all C&B practices are compliant with local, regional, and global regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of C&B professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide strategic oversight on issues related to employee compensation and benefits, and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a complex and diverse group of businesses.
- Proven track record of developing and managing large-scale C&B programs.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage complex data from multiple sources.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
