The Senior C&B Manager will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across our multiple business units. This position demands a high level of agility and a deep understanding of complex, multi-faceted business structures.
  • Develop and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with all regulatory requirements across different geographies.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand and address specific C&B needs for diverse business units.
  • Lead salary and benefits benchmarking, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Ensure that all C&B practices are compliant with local, regional, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of C&B professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide strategic oversight on issues related to employee compensation and benefits, and prepare analytical reports for senior management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a complex and diverse group of businesses.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing large-scale C&B programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage complex data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Agile and adaptable, with a capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
