Technical / MRO Procurement Manager - Chemical Manufacturing

• Responsible for the procurement of technical and MRO items.
• Implement various effective procurement processes to reduce expenses and build long-term profitability for the company.
• Define sourcing strategy to achieve cost savings that is in alignment with company's objectives.
• Support in financial and investment planning to increase and maximizemaximise returns.
• Maintaining and grow partnerships with internal and external team across functions frequently.
• Ensure that process is aligned with various departments in the company.
• Monitor the purchasing request process to purchase orders.
• Update and grow the vendor list, delivery time, QC and invoice approval, complains and returns.
• Conduct vendor audits and generate relevant reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with good track record.
• Have exposure to contracts bench marking.
• Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives.
• Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
