- Monitors application performance and addresses deficiencies.
- Troubleshoots reported application issues and works with the CHRISTUS IS department and/or application vendor to resolve them.
- Acts as a liaison between the Revenue Cycle department and application vendors.
- Maintains Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) enrollments.
- Maintains Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) enrollments.
- Maintains tables within supported applications.
- Maintains data integrity of supported applications.
- Creates and runs reports used to drive workflow for the department.
- Assists with implementations of new applications and upgrades of existing applications.
- Performs Revenue Cycle functions in a manner that meets or exceeds CHRISTUS Health's key performance metrics.
- Responsible for professional and effective written and verbal communication with both internal and external customers which results in customer trust and respect.
- Provides continuous updates, information, and escalations to Revenue Cycle Leadership pertaining to systems, projects, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A competent understanding of Revenue Cycle terminology is preferred.
- Works with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience required.
- 1 - 3 years of experience preferred.
- Project Management experience preferred.
