- Define and drive the overall Firefly marketing strategy
- Partner closely with product management on defining Firefly.adobe.com product strategy and Firefly-powered innovation cross-portfolio
- Drive strategic updates and discussions with senior executives
- Develop deep knowledge of the Firefly business, generative models, differentiated capabilities in terms of creative control, content quality and supported content type and be the expert in market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and market growth drivers in the Gen AI space.
- Lead the annual planning process for the business and deliver the 3-year growth strategy and business plan
- Lead a growing team of product marketing leaders coaching them to drive impact.
- Define the critical metrics for measuring success across Firefly product marketing activities
- Lead a cross functional team to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM Strategy
- Define a clear vision for the business and GTM strategy required to win in each category. This includes:
- TAM, market share, competitive assessment
- Target audience definition and priorities, customer needs
- Growth levers across product, GTM, geos, partnerships
- Pricing & Packaging
- Marketing strategy
- Value proposition and messaging
- Distribution strategies including partnerships and ecosystem
- Engagement strategy
- Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a rapidly evolving environment
- Be an experienced senior-level PMM and understand Creative professionals and their expectations from tools across different domains such as Photography, Imaging, Design, Layout, Typography, 3D, and Video.
- Experience in the creative industry is desirable
- Ideally a passion for the content creation space and for innovation in how creativity will be transformed by AI/ML
- Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, ideally including experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations.
- Self-starter and proactive leader with 15+ years of building highly effective teams
- Thrive and proven success influencing peers across product management, engineering, corporate marketing, and regional leaders in a high matrixed and global organization environment
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
- Strategic problem solver who can identify and set short and long term strategic priorities
