The CompanyMy client is a market leader in the healthcare industry that has seen a lot of growth in recent years. They have an excellent reputation and have achieved this by having a good work culture internally and as a result being able to offer world class service to their clients.The RoleAs the payroll Officer you will report into the payroll manager and be a part of a team of 7, who are close knit and friendly. You will be responsible for 500 employees who are on a weekly rotating fortnightly pay cycle. To be effective as the payroll Officer you will also need to be a communicator who can build relationships across the business.Day to Day Duties

Process and pay weekly payrolls timely and accurately
Follow up all site and staff queries in a timely manner
Ensure all payroll reports and payslips are accurate
Process new starts, deductions and terminations.
Other duties as required by the Payroll Manager

To be considered

You will have end to end payroll experience in order to hit the ground running.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
Experience on large systems such as Payglobal is advantageous but not essential
Good excel skills required
