Verifies all items leaving the yard;
Performs routine re-stocking and housekeeping of yard and warehouse while providing exceptional customer service;
Operates the gate in an efficient and friendly manner;
Provides an exceptional level of customer service, internally and externally;
Communicates in a professional manner with all yard staff;
Directs customers to location of material, notifies Order Builders of customers requiring additional assistance;
Maintains quality assurance and inspects all products prior to loading
Assists with the loading of customer vehicles
Upon customer's exit, ensures customer's paperwork is complete and quantities match receipt;
Maintains quality assurance and inspects all products prior to loading;
Monitors customer returns coming into yard, checking condition, ensuring payment and completing "return through warehouse" form in absence of Order Picker;
Maintains warehouse, ensures area is well stocked, tidy and kept free of debris.The qualifications we are looking for :Position requires good communication skills to deal effectively with customersGood physical condition.Ability to work in a team.
