- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive business growth
- Create and execute innovative and engaging marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and events
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand message
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- Gate-keeping and monitor the flow of multi-platform communications to and from the Office of the CEO
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with market research and competitor analysis
- Per state law must be 21+ years old
