Kualifikasi :Payroll Process
- Responsibility for smooth, correct and efficient payroll process via third-party payroll provider including mutation of master payroll data, payroll administration
- Ensure Coordination with employee relations / Recruitment / HR Admins on monthly data updates for payroll (new-joiners, exiting employees, changes)
- Coordination with Finance of payroll reporting and income tax -monthly and annually
- Support Finance for any financial/tax audit
- Support Head HR / People in:
- Compensation & benefits topics
- Personnel Cost: Budget, Quarterly/Annual Closing, personnel cost billing
- Managing and maintaining all personnel files
- Management, registration and administration of BPJS-Work & Health, private health insurance, income tax etc.
- PIC for BPJS “Health” and “Work” claim and process
- Compliance with Internal Control System (ICS) HR and Payroll
- Administrative processing of employee entries, mutations, terminations, promotions, warnings etc.
- Responsible for distribution for annual tax slip
- Actualisation of Organizational Charts, Employee lists, phone lists etc.
