One of our outstanding clients in Payette is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. We are looking for a reliable and sharp problem- solver to fill this position.Pay Rate: $16 - 17 / hr DOE
Schedule: M-F 8AM – 4PMJoin our team as a Receptionist and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office!Job Duties:
- Handle incoming communications and correspondence
- Create and maintain daily documents and reports
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Some AP/ AR & invoicing when needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and attention to detail
- Customer Service or Secretarial experience needed
- Proficiency in office software
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Bilingual is a plus
