We are hiring a German SEO off-site officer (Linkbuilder) to join our International Link Building team based in Madrid.Job descriptionContext of the positionSelectra cares for the visibility of its websites on other websites to drive qualified traffic and search engine popularity. As part of the web marketing division, your main mission will be to prospect the webmasters of third parties' websites in order to obtain qualified links pointing toward the Selectra group sites for the German market.The missions in detailsDevelopment: research and test new strategies to get links from new sites.Based on your training & the knowledge and the specificities of the markets, find strategies that work and implement them to get links;Use of SEO tools to find link opportunities based on the main actors of our markets (official pages, competitors…).Prospect management: phoning and emailing to prospective partners.Find the correct page on the correct website, to contact the right person;Prepare relevant texts based on your strategies to place the right links toward the right strategic URLs;Call, email, follow up your prospective partners.Terms and conditionsType of contract: Permanent Spanish contract;Location: Madrid;Trial period: 6 months;Range salary: 1.375€ per month base salary + commission per links;Desired start date: ASAP.Benefits and PerksWith the different market's teams being based in Madrid, you'll have the opportunity to work in an international environment;You'll have responsibilities within a dynamic team, here to train and assist you when needed;You'll join one of the best SEO teams in Europe and be part of an international and multicultural team with more than 60 content officers working on SEO on a daily basis;SEO training, collaboration with the web marketing department;Autonomy in the organization of work and commercial efforts;Free weekends: work week from Monday to Friday;Small united team, good working atmosphere.Preferred experienceNative German speaking and writing level;You are a proactive and driven person, happy to communicate with external partners and create new relationships;Trustworthiness is one of your strongest qualities, meaning you have not had issues with attendance or other tardiness during your past experiences. You are also able to communicate clearly with the team;You have a sales drive and spirit that keeps you motivated to reach goals set by yourself and others.
