- Serve as primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling the collision center
- Process payments, invoices, and other paperwork associated with repair services
- Address concerns or issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction with completed repairs
- Other duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and insurance representatives both verbally and in writing
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology is preferred
- Comfortable using computer software
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with customers who might be stressed due to their vehicle being damaged.
- MUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
