Job Scope:Reporting directly to the Director of Information Technology, the IT Coordinator will facilitate a variety of critical tasks, including budget control management / analysis, asset management, and special IT projects in support of global operations. The ideal candidate will have a background that demonstrates a balance of technical, analytic, and project management experience. In addition, s/he should have the acumen to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, puts a premium on organization and attention to detail in execution, and has strong written and analytic skills. Previous experience with / knowledge of IT environments and related work-flows is a bonus.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the annual development of Global IT Opex and Capex budgets
  • Collaborate with Accounting team on budget control management, including expense tracking / reporting
  • Generate Purchase Orders for all IT hardware, software and annual license support renewals
  • Organize and analyze IT billing including invoices and recurring contract costs
  • Oversee telecom expense management for North American and international branch offices
  • Process and code all IT expenses for payment including credit card charges
  • Reconcile any billing discrepancies with vendors and Accounting team
  • Assist Finance with year-end hardware property tax review
  • Support IT management in the preparation and execution of RFPs and RFQs
  • Support the IT team with inventory management of digital and physical assets
  • Perform vendor contract management and analysis
  • Assist in IT systems clean-up and management, globally
  • Attend IT/vendor meetings and follow-up on action items
  • Provide support with large project management
  • Special projects / administrative tasks as defined
Skills/Experience Required:
  • 1-2+ years of related experience
  • Prior budget management / control experience (ideal)
  • Analytic, with solid business writing and presentation skills
  • Collaborative multi-tasker who thrives in situations of ambiguity
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel Pivot Tables
  • Experience with Great Plains, SharePoint, and Power BI a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
