About the company:Our client specializes in designing and creating virtual gamification products and solutionsJob Responsibilities:

Analyzing the best games in the industry with comprehensive research

methodology and reporting findings to the team. * Conceptualizing unique and engaging game concepts that can achievestakeholders objectives without compromising on fun. * Developing effective game design strategies to attract a hyper casual audience, by applying gamer psychology and human-centered design principles.

Performing extensive playtesting at all stages of planning in order to fine-tune game mechanics, balance game economies and observe player behaviors.
Working with developers, copywriters, UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to produce high quality games.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience or knowledge and interest psychology and marketing.
Strong understanding of gamer psychology, motivations, and/or behavioral science.
The ability to translate this knowledge into effective monetization methodology.
Knowledge of industry-standard best-practices to research and analyze games.
The ability to synthesize said research into game design insights.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in user experience design would be a plus.
