(based on experience and licensure)You'll Be Responsible For: * Ensuring facility is following all federal and state guidelines.
- Establishing a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community.
- Maintaining direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following:
- Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads
- Assisting with team member issue management
- Excellent clinic
- Patient/Responsible party satisfaction.
- Census Management
- Accounts receivable
- Controllable Cost Management
- Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program
- Managing the CMS Quality Indicators
- Ensuring the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)
- Any duties assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO
- A desire to work with the elderly & desire to achieve excellent outcomes for patients/families and staff
- Follows the facility Mission, Vision and Values to achieve great outcomes
- An active Administrator’s License in the state where the facility is located
- Daily Pay (Get paid the same or next day if needed)
