KildareDuties and ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities for this role initially will be to assist with the day-to-day operation of the Accounts activities of the department.The role will quickly evolve to having full responsibility and ownership for all processing, control and accounting information for specific accounting functions.Supplier Invoice registration and validationObtaining payment authorisationsDealing with supplier queriesReconciliation of Supplier Statements and Accounts & Creditors Ledger ReportingPreparation of Supplier Payments and ChequesVAT reportingCreditors Ledger ReportingStock Count Processing and ReconciliationProcessing of employee expensesHoliday Cover for Accounts ReceivableAd hoc reporting as required.The PersonMin 2-3 years relevant experience in similar roleStrong People skills with the ability to form good working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.Proven IT skills, Proficiency in MS Office applications Excel and Word and OutlookExperience of working with Integrated Accounting Systems
