- Partner with stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and objectives and provide HR guidance and support to achieve them.
- Develop and implement Human Resources initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values.
- Provide Human Resources expertise and support to stakeholders and employees on a variety of HR-related issues such as headcount planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation.
- Participate in the development and execution of Human Resources programs and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and effective implementation of Human Resources programs and practices.
- Cultivate relationships with leaders to offer thoughts, coordinate and execute on people-related projects
- Partner with the line managers to develop and execute people plans for key talents and the whole team.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to daily operations and manage employees to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance
- Handle projects and ad-hoc assignments from upper management.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partner roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region.
- Strong at Excel and reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources and understanding of best practices and local labor laws
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willing to learn and adapt.
