- Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Log incoming checks and mail into the Ameriprise Mail Log.
- Provide assistance with copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Support basic client service tasks, including submitting applications to the back office and managing meeting confirmations.
- Prepping client files for upcoming meetings
- Maintain organized files and records, updating client data as instructed by the Advisor.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Contribute to special projects as required.
- Keep work methods and procedures up-to-date and compliant with Ameriprise Financial guidelines.
- Plan and prioritize your work schedule efficiently, utilizing to-do lists, calendars, and other time management systems.

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Effective presentation skills to respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Adobe, Sales Force, accounting software, contact management systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to pivot between multiple computer programs with ease and confidence.
- Navigate the Ameriprise Financial website and guide clients through online resources.
- High degree of integrity, honesty, commitment, and trust.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with effective communication and empathy.
- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with clients.
- Exercise discretion in handling the personal information of clients.
- Ability to handle significant levels of varied stresses, particularly mental stresses and fatigue.
