Roles and Responsibilities :- Locate advisors and activate them in accordance with the plan (activation occurs once a month). Check that the productivity of the active advisor is maintained according to the plan. - Build personal and professional relationships to assist with work-related tasks. Regularly assess reporting agents' work and provide guidance, ensuring that they adhere to the Agency's Career Progression from TAs to SAs and AOs. - Using online or offline channels, generate revenue and draw in new customers. Review once a week with the reporting manager. - Participate in every training session and management conference.
