This is a critical role within the newly established GHO Heath Team, leading the Health Transformation for Prudential and supporting LBUs as they implement their local health strategies. The Senior Director Health Transformation manages the North Star Health Strategy execution, making sure detailed roadmaps by LBU are in place, central health capabilities are being created, health-specific technology delivery is aligned, and progress against the strategy is effectively monitored, managed and reported to a wide range of stakeholders. Role and Responsibilities Translate the health strategy for Prudential into clear roadmaps with key milestones and deliverables Support the LBUs as they translate their local health strategy into clear roadmaps with key milestones and deliverables Identify and manage the interdependencies between the various elements of the local and central health strategy Partner with other parts of the organization (customer, distribution, finance etc.) to manage interdependencies and agree on shared delivery Partner with the technology teams to ensure that the health-specific 'book of work' is aligned to the health strategy, and projects are prioritized correctly Put in place appropriate processes to measure the progress made against the central and local strategy roadmaps Establish clear strategy execution reporting that meets the needs of various key stakeholders across the organization Provide hands-on support to LBUs as they build out their health-specific transformation capability Support the execution of specific, complex and critical health projects within LBUs where this support is required to make meaningful progress. Qualifications +10 years of experience leading large-scale and complex transformation programs Significant exposure to various markets, including Asia Experience in managing critical interdependencies between business needs/requirements and technology delivery Strategic mindset, paired with strong execution orientation Strong people manager, with proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels across an organization Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
