Our rustic yet elegant Adirondack-style lodge and spectacular cottage collection is perched alongside quiet lake waters and the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, while surrounded by 1,900 picture-perfect, “Close to Nature” park acres.OverviewAnswer all incoming and internal phone calls; maintain communications with the radio and paging systems.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
  • Answer telephone calls by pressing the line, then transferring the calls by typing in the extension number when hearing and seeing the answer light.
  • Leaving messages for guests by typing the message into the computer on their room account.
  • Imputing wake-up calls by typing in room number and time. Transfer information to wake-up call sheets.
  • Sign out keys to employees based on key authorization list. Sign keys back in once they are returned.
  • Monitor the radio conversations by listening for emergency situations. If one occurs, you need to MOD and Security. Then calmly call 911 and follow all prescribed emergency procedures.
  • Paging hotel staff by using the radio suppressing the button on the side and extension to call.
  • Speaking directly into the PBX radio to reach staff on radios.
  • Carry out the policies and procedures of Benchmark Hospitality at Stonewall Resort while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standards of service.
  • Provide dialing instructions by reading the instructions and repeating back the information to the caller.
  • Answer guest questions by providing correct answers based on your knowledge of hotel or transfer them by dialing the appropriate extension for their question. Make sure you have the most recent updated extension list.
  • Assesses and offers creative suggestions and recommendations to guest/conferee requests.
  • The flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand (hotel open 7 days a week).
  • Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintaining uniform and grooming standards as outlined in employee handbook.
