- You have 5+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused product companies.
- You have a solid and diverse (mobile) design track record and have the portfolio to prove it.
- You have a degree in UX design, UI design, visual design, or another relevant study
- You have a great eye for stunning designs and can work within product constraints
- You can collaborate closely with design, development, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of your designs, fostering a unified and consistent user experience
- You are driven, able to work independently and as part of a team
- You love solving complex problems, and you are an excellent communicator that excels at driving a human-centred cultural identity that people are drawn to
- You are eager to stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure your designs remain up to date and relevant
- You have experience working in Agile / Scrum development
- You have excellent English skills – spoken as well as written
- You have had hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of Figma
- You might have a basic proficiency in coding languages (HTML, CSS, etc.) to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with development teams
- You might have strong analytical skills to identify design challenges, propose innovative solutions, and make data-informed design decisions
- You might be resourcefulness in addressing design-related complexities and finding elegant solutions
- You might have experience in building design systems
- You enjoy the minimalist functional aesthetics of Nordic Design and are keen to put your Design Vision to make the web more beautiful
- You might have experience creating marketing visuals
- You might have previous experience working on e-commerce platforms
