Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders in functional areas and production plants. Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication. Quality Assurance and Maintenance: Implement robust testing processes to ensure the reliability and quality of custom business applications. Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams, preferably in a custom business software context. Strong technical background with expertise in cloud technologies, React, Java, NodeTS, microservices, and Cloud Foundry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
