- Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation, networking, and leveraging industry events and conferences.
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to win new accounts intermodal transportation expanding our client base and increasing market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that highlight our intermodal capabilities and success stories.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that align with clients' objectives and offer value-added intermodal solutions.
- Regularly review account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and operational requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Qualifications:
- College/University graduate in Business, Logistics or related field.
- 4-5 years’ sales experience managing large National Accounts is required.
- (Intermodal & Railway Experience Preferred)
- Transportation industry experience is required.
- Customer service and account management experience is preferred.
