The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and corporate client needs. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive banquet sales and increase revenue through corporate tie-ups, social gatherings and partnerships. 2. Identify and target potential corporate clients, including businesses, organizations, and government agencies, to establish long-term relationships and secure corporate contracts. 3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of target industries and companies to identify key decision-makers and opportunities for collaboration. 4. Proactively reach out to corporate clients through cold calling, networking events, and personalized outreach to promote hotel services and amenities. 5. Customize sales proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the hotel and tailor offerings to meet the specific needs and preferences of corporate clients. 6. Negotiate corporate contracts, pricing agreements, and partnership terms to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to coordinate sales efforts, address client needs, and ensure seamless execution of corporate contracts. 8. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2.
