- Manage a team of account managers that work across Yieldify's US book of business
- Define strategy for activating Yieldify across newly signed clients
- Create training materials for onboarding new service team hires
- Collaborate with marketing to design key services materials such a quarterly business review templates, sell sheets, and battlecards
- Travel to Yieldify client offices for in person pitches
- Support services team in negotiating and closing renewals
- Design strategies on how Services team can best drive significant ROI to clients
- Identify and manage commercial execution of expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
- Collaborate with other departments globally, such as product development and data analytics, to ensure that e-commerce strategies are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- 10+ years of client management experience across e-commerce or Martech.
- A natural leader who is motivated by the opportunity to train and inspire
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketing technology.
- Proven success growing a portfolio through clear, definable strategy
- Confidence when negotiating tough conversations
- Ambition and drive to grow existing client contracts through partner site expansion and product upsells.
- An analytical mind who can dive deep into data, identify patterns and generate insights for the benefit of our customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You keep people engaged and have a strong ability to 'read the room' to know what you should say or show next to clients.
