As an 3D Modeling Designer/Artist you will work across multiple disciplines, communicates effectively and manage multiple design requests. This individual will enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels across multiple geographies.Key roles:

3D modeling and drawing for major pursuits and proposals
Design strategic proposals and statements of qualifications including page layout composition and visual design elements aligned to GHD visual brand
Coordinate with cross-discipline proposal teams to facilitate timely delivery of the proposal
Develop informative graphics that convey complex information, including infographics, figures, charts, maps, illustrations, and diagrams
Design and develop PowerPoint presentations for oral proposal submissions
Assist with developing the proposal schedule for graphics, maintain and provide updates to the proposal team, and attend short-notice status meetings as needed
Maintain documentation of design standards and guidelines for proposal graphics
Work collaboratively with senior graphic designers to support other graphic design projects as needed

Qualifications

2+ years' experience with 3D modeling and drawing
2+ years prior graphic design experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications
Ability to work on a PC platform to apply design styles and typography and improve page layout for proposals produced in Microsoft Word
Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles
