- Assist in administration, maintenance and optimization of Deltek Vantagepoint (user management, security configuration, system updates, data integrity oversight, etc.)
- Continuously monitor system performance and develop/maintain system processes
- Perform system process testing and QA duties for implementations, upgrades and enhancements
- Support end user training by gaining ongoing knowledge from external resources (Deltek University, consultant webinars, conferences, local user support groups, published materials etc..) and the development and roll out of internal training materials
- Support additional application implementations, key processes and integrations, and change management initiatives
- Collaborate regularly with multiple business units to understand their ERP requirements and objectives. Explore how to best leverage the system, provide recommendations on system improvements and implement changes to meet the firm’s unique needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek in support of multiple organizational departments
- Support End-Users in the day-to-day applications of the system by discussing and resolving problems (troubleshooting) in a timely manner
- Provision user accounts and adjust application access for new and existing users based on approved role changes
- Assume special projects and duties as assigned or requested

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- MUST HAVE Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar Deltek ERP product
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases is a plus
- Experience working within an architecture, engineering or construction setting is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, VBA and macros
- Acquires, understands, and applies technical and professional knowledge and skills to perform job effectively, efficiently, and safely. Understands and adheres to Huitt-Zollars policies and procedures. Stays abreast of trends and pending changes within assigned area of responsibility
